Covent Garden is the area that lies to the north of the Strand, east of Shaftesbury Avenue, south of Bloomsbury and west of Holborn. The area is now one of London's most popular tourist attractions but for much of its existence Covent Garden served as a fruit and vegetable market, the largest in England. The market used to cover the whole of the square and occupied many of the buildings, but has since been transformed beyond all recognition and now offers an array of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also famed for being the heart of London’s Theatreland.
Properties mainly fall within the Borough of Westminster
